"It’s as wicked as you wish” at the 34th annual Spooktacular, presented by Aquafina. Jacksonville’s most enchanting Halloween celebration is back October 15-17 and 22-31, combining beloved traditions with all-new frights and delights. Each night from 6-10 pm, guests are encouraged to dress up in their family-friendly costumes to explore the winding pathways of themed decorations. Spooktacular features activities for all ages from trick-or-treating to scare zones.
Each Spooktacular night, the lure of nature comes to light. Find eyes lurking about and listen to mysterious noises echo throughout. With haunts galore as creatures stir, you may think you’ll fright—but will be surprised with delight. The festive sounds will move your feet and around every corner is something sweet. Believe what you hear and most of what you see at Jacksonville’s most enchanting place to celebrate Halloween.

Tickets are not required for guests 2 and under.
Purchase your tickets online in advance and select the date you’d like to attend. A limited number of tickets are available for each night, to provide the best guest experience possible and minimize crowds. Popular dates such as Saturdays and Halloween Night will sell out quickly, so get your tickets soon!
Spooktacular is a separate ticketed event, not included with daily General Admission or Total Experience tickets.

Access to the Wildlife Carousel will be included with admission for children 12 and under.
We have reimagined many of the areas you may have experienced at Spooktacular before. Expect highly-saturated areas of decorations, photos ops, and entertainment.
Spooktacular is designed to provide a variety of experiences for guests to create memories, instead of solely being a trick-or-treating event. The candy stations are a “bonus” experience.
We encourage all our guests to dress in costumes, however costumes must be safe and family friendly. Costume masks are prohibited for adults.
It's as wicked as you wish! Spooktacular is a safe and family-friendly Halloween celebration. Scare Zones are marked and may not be suitable for children under 10 years old.
Yes! Trout River Grill and Palm Plaza Café will be open with special Spooktacular menus. There will also be a mobile food truck on the Great Lawn. Adult beverages are available for guests 21+ with valid ID.
Strollers, scooters, and wheelchairs are available for rent. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fridays, Saturdays, and Halloween night are typically our busiest nights. They will sell out quickly, so get your tickets soon!
Spooktacular does have strobes, fog, and sparkling lights to create its magical feel. Please use caution if you are sensitive to these types of effects.
Spooktacular continues rain or shine. So if it rains, we recommend you bring ponchos and rain boots! Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
