  • Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens is an outdoor adventure that's fun for the whole family. Face coverings are strongly recommended and appreciated, at all times throughout your visit, especially when indoors.
  • Online, advance ticket purchases only
  • Credit & debit card transactions only. No cash.
  • Limited capacity to allow for proper physical distancing
  • 6 feet physical distancing between groups
  • Group gatherings of 10 or less
  • Ground markings to designate distance required throughout park
  • Handwashing and hand sanitizer stations readily available
  • One-way paths
  • Limited capacity for all locations
  • Due to state restrictions, some attractions and/or rides are limited in capacity. Our Keeper Talks, Training Demonstrations, and Playground are closed for the safety of our guests.
