The rental booth is located inside the main gates across from the train station. All units are first come, first serve and a valid driver’s license is required to hold until the unit is returned.

Sensory Bags
The Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens has partnered with KultureCity to become certified as a sensory inclusive organization. Sensory bags for guests feeling overwhelmed during a Zoo visit are available at the Train Booth. Each bag is equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards.
Service Animals
Service animals, as defined by the Department of Justice, are allowed. Please note that emotional support animals are not considered service animals per the Department of Justice guidelines.
Pet Boarding
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
