Members Get More

With a membership to Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, you'll have access to a plethora of benefits. Your membership plays a role in helping us tackle critical issues affecting endangered species and you can feel good knowing you are helping to support our conservation initiatives here and around the world.

Member Levels

individual - $75 (must be 18 or older)

one adult Family - $200 (includes up to two named children)

two adult family - $275 (includes up to two named children)

named guest - $50

Add an additional named adult or child. Only available with the Two Adult Family membership.

Three Ways to Purchase

Purchase online now and immediatley receive a Digital Membership.
Purchase over the phone. Call our Member Office at 904-757-4463 ext. 114. Please be sure to leave message if no one answers and your call will be returned as quickly as possible.
Purchase daily admission tickets. Stop by our Guest Relations/Member Office to apply the cost of General Admission (of those membership will cover) toward a membership purchase.

Membership Discounts

A 10% off discount on memberships is available to seniors (65+), military, teachers, and first responders.

The above discounts are only applicable for the adult being named on the membership. Valid and appropriate ID must be presented to receive the 10% discount. Only one discount may apply per membership. Discounts are not available on Heart of the Zoo, Gift Memberships, or Guest Passes.

There are 3 options available to receive the discount:

Purchase online tickets for the day and then stop by Guest Relations/Member Office to apply the General Admission price (of those being covered under membership) toward your membership purchase. Must show valid and appropriate ID to be given 10% discount.
Email picture of valid/appropriate ID to members@jacksonvillezoo.org.
Military can email members@jacksonvillezoo.org from their official military email address of the adult being named on membership.
