Interactive fun creates a curiosity for learning. As Nature Agents, you can discover, learn and bond together on a family wildlife scavenger hunt -- using nature and smart play. Navigate our park with a Nature Agent Smart Compass, completing challenges and answering questions at each discovery point through the interactive mobile app. Learn fun facts about plants and animals around the Zoo, and discover interesting things you might not have noticed before!

Where can I download the app?

For an iPhone you can download the app here, and for an Android you can download the app here.

Are both the app and compass rental required?

Yes. In order to participate in this experience, the app and compass rental are required.

Is the app free?

Yes! The app is free for Apple and Android devices.

How much does The Nature Agent Adventure cost?

To rent the Nature Agent Compass, it costs $10 (plus tax) for Members and $12 (plus tax) for non-Members.

Where do I collect my Nature Agent Compass Rental?

When you arrive at the Zoo, please visit the Nature Agent Station located inside the Zoo near the train station to pick up your Nature Agent Compass rental and begin your scavenger hunt! When you are finished with your adventure, please return your Nature Agent Compass to the Nature Agent Station.

What is the age recommendation?

This adventure is recommended for children 4 and up.

What happens if it rains?

Nature Agent Compasses are waterproof. If you experience issues with your compass during your adventure, please return to the Nature Agent Station to exchange it.

What do I do if the Nature Agent Compass isn't working?

If you experience issues with your compass during your adventure, please return to the Nature Agent Station to exchange it.

How long does my reservation last?

Your Nature Agent Compass rental can be picked up at any time during the day in which it was reserved, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Each adventure takes up to two hours.

What if I want to take a break from the adventure?

No worries! You can pause and resume the game at any time within the app.

How many Nature Agent Compasses do I need?

Not everyone in your exploration party needs a smart compass, just those who wish to lead the adventure.

How long does it take?

The scavenger hunt is designed to take up to two hours, but you may pause and resume game play at anytime within the app.
