Visit this link and enter your Member ID & Last Name of Primary on your member account. Click the button that says “Add to Apple Wallet” (even if you are an Android user). We recommend taking a screenshot of your digital membership just in case it did not automatically land in your Apple Wallet or Wallet Passes (you can always delete the screenshot later). Once your membership is downloaded into Apple Wallet/Wallet Passes you will be able to see your Member ID.
Please click the orange button in your confirmation email. Then, click View Tickets to display barcodes. If you have an iOS device, you will click Add to Apple Wallet above the barcodes. If you have an Android device, you will need to download Wallet Passes app. Once your membership is downloaded into Apple Wallet/Wallet Passes you will be able to see your Member ID.

Yes! Simply display your digital membership upon entering the Zoo.
Yes, you can visit our Guest Relations/Member Office during your visit to apply the cost of General Admission toward membership. You may only apply the cost of the tickets for those covered under your membership.
No, membership does not include the Train, Carousel, 4-D Experience or Animal Feedings. Members may upgrade their free visit to Total Experience, which gives access to these extra experiences. View Plan Your Visit for current pricing and add Total Experience when making a Member Reservation.
No, all memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Named children must have photo added to member account to receive access without named adult.
No, we do not allow substituting Named Adults. You may purchase your additional guest a Member Guest Ticket for the day.

You may purchase two Individual memberships for each adult.
A 10% off discount on memberships is available to seniors (65+), military, educators, and first responders.
The above discounts are only applicable for the adult being named on the membership. Valid and appropriate ID must be presented to receive the 10% discount. Only one discount may apply per membership. Discounts are not available on Heart of the Zoo, Gift Memberships, or Guest Passes.
There are 3 options available to receive the discount:
- Purchase online tickets for the day and then stop by Guest Relations/Member Office to apply the General Admission price (of those being covered under membership) toward your membership purchase. Must show valid and appropriate ID to be given 10% discount.
- Email picture of valid/appropriate ID to members@jacksonvillezoo.org.
- Military can email members@jacksonvillezoo.org from their official military email address of the adult being named on membership.
You will purchase a Gift Membership when purchasing membership for someone else. Recipient receives a certificate, so membership begins when redeemed/activated, instead of the day of purchase.
