Advance online tickets and Member reservations are required. We are limiting the number of guests each day to maintain appropriate physical distancing, so tickets must be purchased in advance online.
We are unable to accept cash on-site. Credit and debit cards must be used for all purchases.
Discounts are currently unavailable on daily admission tickets (including AZA Reciprocal Admissions), however military and seniors may receive a discount on memberships. View our Offers page for updates.
Total Experience tickets are now required for the train, carousel, 4-D Theater, and animal feedings. These additional experiences are limited capacity and unavailable for à la carte purchases.
Some experiences are closed. Keeper talks and training demonstrations are suspended at this time.
Safety measures are implemented throughout the park. Our staff are required to wear face masks within 6 feet of guests. We have markings to designate physical distancing and handwashing and sanitizer stations readily available.
Under the circumstances we believe these protocols are appropriate and appreciate your adherence. Modifications will be made as needed to provide a safe environment for all.
Non-Members must purchase General Admission or Total Experience tickets online. Total Experience is required for access to the 4D Theater, train, carousel, and animal feedings. These experiences are unavailable separately.
A digital confirmation and link to View Order with ticket(s) will be emailed. Please bring your printed or digital ticket upon entry. Tickets only valid for date specified and will be checked at parking lot entrance. Tickets can be printed or scanned from your phone. If taking a screenshot, please remember to screenshot each of your tickets. Tickets are non-refundable. Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens operates rain or shine.
All Members need a reservation in advance for each Member visiting. Select the month and date you would like to visit during checkout. Member Reservations are free. Members must upgrade their visit to Total Experience for access to the 4D Theater, train, carousel, and animal feedings. These experiences are unavailable separately.
