We love our teachers. ❤
And we love seeing children and adults learn more about wildlife and the environment in engaging and unique ways. From field trips and group programs to workshops for teachers, the Jacksonville Zoo offers a variety of resources for teachers and homeschooling parents to make the most of their lesson plans.
“If a child is to keep alive his inborn sense of wonder, he needs the companionship of at least one adult who can share it, rediscovering with him the joy, the excitement, and the mystery of the world we live in.”
- Rachel Carson
