The Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens offers a 10% discount on regular General Admission tickets only (excludes the already discounted Value Ticket) with an Active Military ID or valid AAA Membership card. Proof of eligibility must be presented at the time of purchase. Discounts are not available online. Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or offer, including Zoo Value Tickets.

Pet Boarding Information
The Jacksonville Zoo des not offer pet boarding on site. However, the Zoo is excited to announce a new partnership with Pet Paradise Jacksonville Airport location. Located 15 minutes north of the Zoo, off of 1-95, Pet Paradise’s state-of-the-art resorts offer upscale pet boarding & day camp services. The location also offers professional grooming and luxury upgrades for your pet’s stay provided by trained staff.

Pet Paradise will give a 20% discount to those who present their Jacksonville Zoo and Garden’s receipt upon pick up of their pet. Please visit their website for more boarding information and rates.


Group Rates


Group rates are available for parties of 15 or more paid guests. Reservations and prepayment are required and must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to your visit.  This rate is not available at the gate.
Please note: If you are calling to schedule a school group, please contact our Education Department at (904) 757-4463, ext. 122   

Adult (13-64 years) - $14.95
Children (3-12 years) - $10.95
Senior (65 years and up) – $13.95
(In order to receive the Senior rate the entire group must be Seniors)

Options:
Unlimited Zoo Train rides: $3 per adults; $1.50 per child
Stingray Bay: $1.50 per person
4D Theater: $3 per person (must be 42” or taller to ride)
Carousel: $2 per child (regular rate apply)


Group Rates are not available for the Train, Stingray Bay or Wildlife Carousel. Regular rates will apply. 

Scheduling and Payment
Reservations are taken by the Corporate Events Coordinator. To make a reservation please call (904) 757-4463, ext. 120 with your confirmed guests count.  A date will be scheduled at that time to pick up your tickets. We are not able to accommodate walk-in customers requesting Group Rate tickets. Payment can be made with credit cards, company checks or cashiers checks. Personal checks are not accepted.


To request material in an accessible format, information on access for persons with disabilities, or sign language interpreter services (seven days advance notice), call 757-4463, ext. 145.

Service animals, as defined by the Department of Justice, are allowed.  Pets are not allowed. For the health of your pet, do not leave it in your vehicle.
