Casual Family Fundraiser

September 12, 2009

ZOObilee is a casual, family after-hours fundraising event.  Fun will be had by the entire family including Play Park, giant inflatables, games, carousel and train rides, kid friendly food, adult-friendly drinks, animal encounters, and more.  All proceeds will fund the care and feedling of the animals, educational programs and conservation initiatives.


Young Professionals’ Signature Event

October 9, 2009

 

Brew at the Zoo is hosted by the Zoo’s young professionals’ grou, the Wild Things and is a casual, fundraiser to benefit the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens.  This event is filled with up-close animal encounters, live entertainment, wine tasting experiences, drawings for great prizes, area restaurant signature dishes and a full bar with adult libations.


Family Fall Festival

October, 2009

SPOOKtacular has been a safe, fun and affordable way for families to celebrate Halloween at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens for over 20 years.  The SPOOKtacular Fall Festival includes over 1,000 carved pumpkins, one mile of original sets, animal exhibits; in addition strolling characters will entertain you while you learn about a sustainable environment.  This event is held for six nights in mid to late October.

 

The Sponsor of SPOOKtacular 2009 will benefit from a marketing campaign directed to 1.7 million viewers and Zoo guest throughout NE Florida and SE Georgia.
