Admission to the Park only. Your online tickets will be valid six months after date of purchase. This ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time and has no cash value. This ticket, if lost or stolen, will not be replaced and no refund will be allowed. NO REFUNDS, RAIN CHECKS OR EXCHANGES, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING LOSS OR THEFT. Management assumes no liability for accident or loss to any person resulting form or in any way associated with the condition or use of the premises covered by this license, or by ingress thereto or egress there from.
The Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens offers a 10% discount on Zoo Membership with an Active Military ID or valid AAA Membership card. Proof of eligibility must be presented at the time of purchase. Discounts are not available online. Only one discount per purchase, discounts cannot be combined.
