It’s Our Annual Family Fun Festival
September 12, 2009
ZOObilee is a casual, family after-hours fundraising event. Fun will be had by the entire family including Play Park, giant inflatables, games, carousel and train rides, cake walks, kid friendly food, adult-friendly drinks, animal encounters, and more. Proceeds provide for the care and feeding of the animals; educational programs and conservation initiatives.
Brew at the Zoo
October 2009
Brew at the Zoo is hosted by the Zoo’s young professionals group, the Wild Things and is a casual, fundraiser to benefit the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens. This event is filled with up-close animal encounters, live entertainment, wine tasting experiences, drawings for great prizes, area restaurant signature dishes and a full bar with adult libations.
Spooktacular
October 22-25 & 29-31, 2009
The Fall Festival at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens has been a safe, fun, and affordable way for families to celebrate Halloween for over 20 years. SPOOKtacular includes over 1,000 carved pumpkins, one mile of original sets and animal exhibits; and strolling characters will entertain you while you learn about a sustainable environment.
The Sponsor of SPOOKtacular 2009 will benefit from an advertising campaign directed to 1.7 million viewers and Zoo guests throughout NE Florida and SE Georgia.
ExZOOberation
Casual adult evening gala
ExZOOberation is a casual, adult evening fundraiser to benefit the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens. Now in its 14th year, ExZOOberation is one of Jacksonville’s premier events raising in excess of $1.8 million for the care and feeding of the animals; educational programs and conservation initiatives.
