Join us at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens as we celebrate animals and cultures from around the world. Areas of the zoo will be highlighted to showcase the different parts of the world that our amazing animals are from. There will be live entertainment (on the weekends only), a giant inflatable slide, bounce house, animal encounters, prize drawings, informational booths, cultural crafts and visits from Jazoo.
- Daily, December 26-30 and January 1-3:
- Giant slide, bounce house and cultural crafts in the Great Lawn
- Chance to enter for a prize drawing – World Animal package – gorilla walking stick and Jazoo doll
- 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Visit with Jazoo, the Zoo’s friendly lion mascot
- 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. animal encounters in the Great Lawn
- 3:30 p.m. Ape keeper chats at the bonobo overlook

- The bounce house and inflatable slide in the Great Lawn will shut down at 2:00 p.m. as we prepare for our annual Noon Year’s Eve event.

- 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Celebrate Harry the jaguar’s 1st birthday in Range of the Jaguar and sing “Happy Birthday” with the Le Monde Latin band!
