BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT THE JACKSONVILLE ZOO AND GARDENS
Parties are offered for children 3-12 years of age on Saturday and Sunday
All packages require a minimum of 2 weeks notice.

Held in the Range of the Jaguar
Party times are 10:30am and 12:30pm
Package Includes:
- Guests to be met at Main Camp and escorted to party site
- Private use of the outdoor Field Station in the Range of the Jaguar for one hour.
- Zoo Admission and unlimited Train Rides.
- One Carousel Ticket per child
- Zoo Animal themed Cake, Ice Cream, Fruit Punch, and Water.
- Party Hostess to assist with food service and cleanup.
- Zoo themed table covers, plates, napkins, plastic ware and candles are provided
- Animal Mask provided at each place setting.
- Special Gift for the birthday child from the zoo
“Party Animal” Package
$22.00 inclusive per person (10 person minimum)

Held at the Education Campus
Party times are 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm & 2:30pm
Package Includes:
- Animal Greeter to welcome your guests (a live animal from our Education Department)
- Zoo Admission, Unlimited Train Rides and Lunch included for all paid guests
- Private Enclosed Area for one hour with Party Hostess to assist
- Zoo themed Cake, Ice Cream, Fruit Punch, and Water
- Animal print table covers, plates, napkins, and candles are provided
- Animal Masks at each place setting
- Zoo themed Goody Bags for each child
- A Special gift for the birthday child
“Zoo-riffic Party” Package
$16.00 inclusive per person (10 person minimum)

Held at the Education Campus
Party times are 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm & 2:30pm
Package Includes:
- Zoo Admission and Unlimited Train Rides included for all paid guests
- Private Enclosed Area for one hour with a Party Hostess to assist
- Zoo themed Cake, Ice Cream, Fruit Punch and Water
- Animal print table covers, plates, napkins, and candles are provided
- Animal Mask at each place setting
- A Special gift for the birthday child
Print-at-Home Invitation:
Download a copy of our birthday party invitations! All you have to do is print them, fold them and fill them out. They can be handed out, or put in an envelope to mail out.
Additional party options:
Animal Encounter*: A trained educator will present touchable and/or non-touchable animals that will enlighten children of all ages. Share a memorable moment looking into the face and eyes of one of the teaching animals here at the Jacksonville Zoo. $50.00
Jazoo*: Get up close and personal with Jazoo, our Purr-fectly lovable Lion Mascot. Jazoo will meet and greet the Birthday Child and all of the invited children as they arrive for the party at the Education Campus. Plan to bring a camera for both individual and group photos, memory making is his specialty! $50.00
*Two weeks notice is required to schedule either of these two options.
Carousel Tickets: Wildlife Carousel, enjoy rides atop beautiful hand-painted renditions of your favorite Zoo animals. $2.00 plus 7% tax per person
Goody Bags: Assortment of Zoo themed goodies for each child to take home as a souvenir party favor. $3.50 plus 7% tax per person
Stingray Bay: Spend the day with Ray! This is your chance to see and touch some of the sea’s most charming creatures. $2.00 per person for non-members or $1.00 for current zoo members. This price does not include feeding the animals.
Payment and Cost:
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Credit cards, debit cards, money orders and cashier checks are accepted. No personal checks. The deposit will apply to the total party cost. Your final guest count and payment is due the Tuesday before the party.
Party information:
Parties are offered for children 3-12 years old. Room capacity is limited to a maximum of 24 guests and there is a 10 person minimum. The total number of guests includes non-member adults, member adults, and children 3 years of age and older.
