Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens Announces Winn-Dixie Zoo Day
Winn-Dixie Customers Get a Discount to Jacksonville Zoo through Dec. 31
By Showing Their Customer Reward Card

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Nov. 9, 2007)— The Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens announced a special promotion today benefiting Winn-Dixie customers.  As part of “Winn-Dixie Zoo Days,” beginning today through the end of 2007, Winn-Dixie customers who present their Customer Rewards Card at the Zoo gates will receive $1 off regular admission to the Zoo (limit of four people per visit).  In addition, anyone purchasing or renewing a Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens membership will receive a free $10 Winn-Dixie Gift Card while supplies last.  (Zoo memberships are not available for purchase at Winn-Dixie stores).

“Winn-Dixie has been a long time partner and supporter of the Zoo, and we are happy to bring these savings to their customers and our new members,” said Dennis Pate, executive director of Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens.  “This is an excellent time to visit the Zoo and take advantage of these savings. Animals are much more active during the cooler months and our ‘WinterBreak’ event full of fun activities for the entire family will take place December 26 through January 6th.”
