Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens Teams with MOSH to Offer Membership Discount

To promote arts and culture in the Jacksonville community, Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens and the Museum of Science & History have teamed up to offer a 10-percent membership discount incentive during January.
“MOSH is pleased to partner with the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens to better serve our supporters,” said Maria Hane, executive director of MOSH. “Partnerships like this help us achieve more together than we could singularly and represent the spirit of collaboration that is alive in the cultural community.”
To take advantage of this offer, a valid MOSH membership must be presented at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens while a valid Zoo membership must be presented at MOSH. All purchases must be made in person with photo identification. This offer expires Jan. 31.
About Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens
For nearly a century, the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens has been dedicated to inspiring the discovery and appreciation of wildlife through innovative experiences in a caring environment. Starting in 1914 with an animal collection that consisted of one red deer fawn, the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens now has more than 2,000 rare and exotic animals and 1,000 plants. About the Museum of Science & History
The Museum of Science & History (MOSH) is located at 1025 Museum Circle near Friendship Park. MOSH, first chartered in 1941, inspires the joy of lifelong learning by bringing to life the sciences and regional history. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Thursday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday; and 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults; $8 for students, active and retired military and seniors; and $6 for children ages 3 through 12. There is no admission fee for children 2 and under or museum members.
